*special note...02/27/06 I am more than happy to make layouts and take your requests. Here's MY only request: if I take the time and effort to make you a special layout, please use it! I don't at all want to sound like some of the other "meaner" layout makers, but I'm sure you can understand where I'm coming from. It takes hours to do a nice layout...please use it if you request it, that's all I'm saying. Otherwise, it's time wasted. Thanks a bunch and keep those requests comin'!

1. What theme do you want?
2. Do you want bordered entries?
3. Do you want the days of the week to say something different? (eg. Mocha Java Wednesday) If yes, please specify.
4. Do you want to change the word "comments" to something else? If yes, please specify
5. If you have music, please list the URL('s). *NOTE...Please do not just tell me the name of a song you want...I cannot host music. You must have the URL's.
6. Sample pictures to get me started in right direction. (*Note: I might not use those exact pics, but it will help me know the types of things you're looking for.)
7. Do you need a right-hand module(s)? If yes, what exactly do you need placed in it/them.
